I am a licensed realtor in the state of Sonora, Mexico, we are currently the only Mexico state requiring licensing. I am the Msarketing Manager for Laguna Shores, Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico. 

I am the past president (2010) of AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals).  I hold a masters degree in business (MBA) and a professional project management designation(PMP), I have over 30 years of leadership with a specialty in project management, process improvement and change management.

I have worked in real estate for the past 5 years and have been involved with the real estate association as a board member just as long. Through my many opportunities I have been fortunate to gain an endepth knowledge of real estate and the associated laws in Mexico. 

I specialize in helping foreign investors invest wisely and safely in this area of Mexico. The laws are different here in Mexico compared with the US or Canada, our company has the best legal and closing services to support our clients.  I produce market analysis reports for this area that are published in the local tourist newspaper, the Rocky Point Times where I wrote several articles providing a Buyer Checklist to safeguard their purchase.

I know the market, represent a great resort development where I live and specialize in safe secure purchases.
